Hi, I’m Animesh—a branding wizard and creative mastermind with a knack for turning briefs into bold, scroll-stopping visuals. From designing adventure-filled campaigns for Hero brands to crafting dynamic identities for brands like Kiomi and Jehan Numa, I’ve mastered the art of storytelling across pixels and paper.

When I’m not brainstorming for the next big pitch or directing shoots, I’m exploring how design can disrupt the ordinary (yes, even for litti-chicken combos 🍛). With experience at Foxymoron, Sociowash, and Wishbox Studio, I’ve led teams, met deadlines, and pushed boundaries—all while keeping the coffee flowing ☕

Was on stage when I was 4 years old and never got off. I’ve spent 25 years in Radio, TV, Theatre, Events & activation. In 2011 entered Bollywood with my directorial debut under the banner of Shahrukh Khan’s Red Chillies Production.
 
As an emcee was sick of saving ill planned shows so in 1999 set up ENCOMPASS. The craziest executable ideas led us to be amongst the top agencies in just 10 years, WPP came knocking and we became partners by a sale of stake in 2008. Today, Encompass, with an annual turnover of 40 million USD is amongst India’s most awarded, biggest and best BTL agencies. I’ve won over 7 radio and TV awards in my career and have also served on the 2008-2009 Cannes Promo Lions Jury as well. 

3 RAPA awards for best Radio n TV host and the Screen award for best TV host had me conducting workshops to train more presenters. I also moonlight as a writer and have directed musicals and plays performed across the country. Have hosted events in over 100 cities in India from Business events, Conventions, TV awards, Debates and discussions.

I am deeply involved in education with a focus on media. In 2006, I founded EMDI/Encompass Institute of Radio Management and often speaks at premier media institutes across India with a focus on the entertainment industry.

I’m currently obsessed with the passion economy and am working on my next feature film. A partner at Glitch, the definitive digital agency that has recently partnered with VMLY&R and am also an angel investor in Global Super angels Forum!
